NetJets Paco de Arcos, Oeiras:<BR /><div><div><div><br><strong>Purpose of Position</strong></div><div>Conduct all daily activities assigned to his/her shift, to guarantee that all flights are planned with required landing clearances, prior permission request or ground handling arrangements, according with all legal requirements in compliance with regulations and company procedures.<br /></div></div><div><div><br><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities</strong></div><div><ul><li>Apply and control airport slots, prior permissions, airport operations hours extension, fire and rescue services upgrades and other non-handling required services, for all necessary flights and on airports located within the Primary Operations Zone and ferry waiver cities;</li><li>Submit requests and control ground handling services, including fuel, customs/immigration, crew visas on arrival, and other ground related arrangements (special services, etc), for all necessary flights and on airports located within the Primary Operations Zone and ferry waiver cities.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><br><strong>Education</strong></div><div><div>Bachelor's in Aviation</div></div></div><div><div><br><strong>Certifications and Licenses</strong></div><div><div>Flight Operations Officer License (Dispatcher License)</div></div></div><div><div><br><strong>Years of Experience</strong></div><div><div>0-2 years of experience</div></div></div><div><div><br><strong>Core Competencies</strong></div><div><div>Adaptability</div><div>Collaboration</div><div>Curiosity</div><div>Service-Oriented</div><div>Strives for Positive Results</div></div></div><div><div><br><strong>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)</strong></div><div><ul><li>University degree in Aviation or equivalent/relevant experience;</li><li>Knowledge of aviation legislation and regulations;</li><li>Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office.</li></ul></div></div></div>
