(essential requirement)</p></li><li><p>Successful completion of Initial, Upgrade, Transition & Recurrent Training by our crewmembers based on online and classroom curriculum developed and implemented and delivered by Ground Instructor (essential requirement)</p></li><li><p>All training is recorded and certified per regulatory requirements (essential requirement)</p></li><li><p>Advise and assist the manager of training in all manners regarding the Pilot/Flight Attendant Training Programs (essential requirement)</p></li><li><p>Pilot Training Manual is current and revised as necessary (essential requirement)</p></li><li><p>Advising on most cost efficient way(s) of administering state-of-the-art required training programs, and continuous monitoring for ways to improve cost efficiency (essential requirement)</p></li><li><p>Provide assistance and support to other members of the training team who are responsible for Crewmember training in areas other than pilots and flight attendants (essential requirement)</p></li><li><p>Other duties, responsibilities, and/or projects as assigned (essential requirement)</p></li></ul><p> </p><p>Pay & Perks</p><p>Compensation range $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
