These guys were at my tower today. I am a level 5 tower. Any ideas what they could have been looking at? Do they do anything but determining if things should be contracted out?

Be afraid, be VERY afraid. Same group that was brought in just before AFSS was contracted out. Funny thing, the FAA official that was the liaison between the FFAA and Grant became a very highly paid employee with Grant just after the carnage was done to our Flight Service brethren. Hmmm.
