Hopefully some of the legit pilots in India will get jobs as result of the investigations. The corruption over there suggests otherwise.
I wonder if part of the reason they just pay to get through their tests is because they are so hard. The tests are ridiculous in India. Especially the radio test where they basically have you know how to build an old school radio. Yes, tubes and all.
