Good reads on aviation crashes?

I went ahead and got Aviation Disasters:The World's Major Civil Airliner Crashes Since 1950 & The Mystery of Flight 427: Inside a Crash Investigation from my school's library. Although they are only giving me 10 days to read both which seems a bit unreasonable to me.

It goes faster if you don't move your lips while reading to yourself.

(I saw the shot, there was no danger, so I proceeded below the hard-deck)

Naked Pilot is a good book that goes through some human factor examples of aviation accidents.

There is an old book of "Aftermath" columns that I wore dogearred when I was a kid. Excellent, although like Waco, I found Garrison's technical savvy the most interesting. It was out of print in the early 2000s when I tried to find a fresh copy, but I would imagine that if you were diligent, you could probably find it on the internet somewhere. And I also agree that Mike ought to collect his stuff and publish.

I have that one as well, but like The Killing Zone better.

I read The Mystery of Flight 427: Inside a Crash Investigation back in high school and it was a great book. Well written and informative! I am also very interested in accident investigation and will be looking into some of these suggestions
