Good invoice template for contract work

Anybody have a good invoice template that they could email my way? started doing some contract flying and need to have something that looks half way decent to send to the owners.

I use the ipad/ iphone app called invoice2go.
Its excellent!
I also use an app called jotnot to keep e-copies of my reciepts and email them with my invoice when necessary
