Going Skydiving Today

Yeah the pilot was flying in some IMC for a few minutes. I was thinking wow this is illegal and kind of stupid. Some of the people jumped out of the plane in IMC. The youtube video is messed up. Since it had copyrighted music it deleted my audio and I just put a song over it off youtube.

Happens all the time in skydive ops. I'm sure the FSDO's know it goes on but no one ever seems to get dinged for it. Still I wouldn't be comfortable with it out on the interwebs if I were the pilot but then again being expected to do illegal stuff is part of the reason I got out of the biz.

Well that kind of sucks although I can't say that I blame them for wanting to keep copyrighted material off the site. But it makes me wonder whether or not someone at Google gets paid to sit at the 'ministery of truth desk' and replace audio in video clips all day long or whether they have some sort of software bot that does it automatically.
