Global Ops Center Hiring

So by industry standard in supplemental cargo you are looking anywhere between 40 - 45k starting out. Thats average. The company where I work is hiring and we start out at 46,400 and the company actually posts salary thats not from me. Not sure why a payscale cant be posted. I guess different places.

As I said, it's COMPETITIVE with industry standard. I'd post publicly if I could but was asked not to.

Does the company fly out of MIA mostly ?

Not at all. We are an ACMI operator and fly all over the world. Our operations base is in Sarasota but our aircraft are wherever we need them based on who we are flying cargo for at any given time.

What is the job description for Ops Planner? Thanks.

We aren't hiring an ops planner at this time. But in general, an ops planner for us would obtain overflight and landing permits and build routes in our flight planning system. In addition, closely monitor FIR Notams, AIP's, conduct airport suitability checks, etc... We don't currently have an ops planner so dispatch does it all, but when we do hire for that position, I'll post it here. It is a senior/supervisory position.
