I was reading up on it as I've always been curious about their time requirements and thought their HR department made a mistake, but apparently they're operating 135 so you don't need 1500 hours to be an FO for them. I have heard of them also hiring pilots with less than 1000TT and no turbine time so it might be worth checking out.

I remember interviewing with them before they even started the operation. At that time, they wanted me to have 1200 TT but I think they were very professional in the way they approached me. They even said they would work with me if i could only get 1000 hours TT.

Good to know. I had one of their captains as a flight instructor and she's the sweetest woman out there. I wonder what they'll entertain these days for TT.

That's correct - its a 135 non-scheduled certificate using DOT380 public charter, I believe on EAS routes on aircraft with 30 seats or less. So, 121 minimums don't apply. They also operate JS31/32s and J41s on the same principal. APC has a page on them under 135.
