Getting medical after bad skydive accident

I was in a rough skydive accident 5 months ago with a 1 month hospital stay. I shattered two vertebrae and most of my right foot. I have a good amount of titanium in my body now but am healing really well and just started flying. I was taking Percocet for break through pain, Vallium, and 40 mg of Oxycontin a day for my injuries. I was wondering if this would cause any problems getting my medical for my pilot license? Is there a specific amount of time I have to be off of the pain killers before I can pass? I'm walking perfectly and my back doesnt bother me much besides a little decreased mobility. Anything to worry about? Thanks a lot for the help and guidance.

Just report everything and have medical records for the FAA ti review if they ask for them. You should be off the pain medications and Valium for a couple of weeks.
