Geo pref question

I was just curious if it is possible to make a change on the geo pref, and if so who might I want to contact to make the changes?
 
Are you OTS, VRA or CTI?

I can only speak of OTS, but if that is the case then as far as I know the answer is no. Once the GeoPref deadline has passed (which it has for Pubnat 8) changes can not be made.

For the email that OTS applicants get for geo prefs, once you're past the deadline in the email, you can't make any changes. Same goes for the app deadline for CTI and VRA, IIRC.
