Gear Up, Good Night — Flying Freight in the Not-So-Good Old

Re: Gear Up, Good Night — Flying Freight in the Not-So-Good

I meant to you can bend over a little and walk under the fuselage. The Lear you could barely crawl under.

I was thinking more the fuselage. I remember the days of working around Metros and always making sure I ducked REALLY low behind number two after I had just pulled the GPU plug, lest the left side of my head get really warm.

The only airplane I've been able to walk under is the whale, and I'm only 5'8"...

I've always envisioned the Lear like a stripper. It's desirable because it's unrefined, wild and a ton of fun to get your hands on.....to a point, then all the baggage creeps in.

Who knew a dog running in free space would roll inverted.

That sounds like a youtube moment!
