Hi All,

Anyone have experience with the Garmin aera 500 Touch Screen GPS? If so, do you recommend it as a GPS unit?

Currently, I am shopping around for a good, reliable, and affordable portable GPS device. Any input or suggestions would be well appreciated!

My old instructor just got one, he said it's pretty much exactly the same as the G496 but it's a touch screen.
