The ERJ145 has no such climb issues. It may climb slow, but it will go to 370 no problem whatsoever......Yeah, maybe you're doing 300-500fpm from 350 to 370. No matter, it'll get there. ERJ wins ;-)

Now, now. I am not a car person at all. Except rally cars are pretty cool. I am more of snowmobile, boat, and truck person.

The only problem with it is the reduction in roll rate and I think (but can't remember for sure) bank. It can cause problems when on an rnav procedure that has flyover waypoints. Great for doing out pitch though.

yeah you're right it does create a half bank situation which can be annoying in departures. but once out of a SID (or usually passing 12-14k) it's pretty nice to overcome the ridiculous oscillations of speed mode. makes the brasilia look like it had a good autopilot
