I don't know the employment laws in Iowa, but in general, asking for candidates of a certain marital status can be an HR liability issue.

Other folks may have more insight.

Thankful for the job offer, and not trying to hate, just trying to prevent a potential headache...

We are not hiring at least for a month but I am doing the interviews until I find someone who will fit then I will have them meet the owners, so email me resumes thru the jet careers, messaging .

Ok everyone I have been told that we have posted a CFI/I job on pilot jobs . Com. I suggest you send resumes back to exec 1 to be in the pool. Maybe even a call!!!!! We really need a full time CFI/I.
