Went out there today and snapped some photos. I apologize for their quality. It's not easy to take pictures when people are literally pushing you around. I also didn't want to zoom too much as I would sacrifice even more quality.

Appreciate the compliment!

The citation is owned by some Harley Davidson dealer in the gulf coast I think the announce said.
 
Ohh okay. Thanks for that info. I was not sure who had that. It did one pass than it was out. Tried to catch a N# but didnt have the chance.
 
Nice Pictures. I was at the show on the Saturday Performance. What part of the show were you looking the most forward to??

The B-1 and F-22. I went on Sunday so I didn't get too see most of the cool aircraft. So much for both days being about the same show.:mad:

Next year I'm going on Saturday. Hopefully then I can do like flyingnole and look at it from the air. If not, then from a boat.
 
oh that poor b-1 will have to undergo 300 hours of mx for the one flyby it did. poor girl.

but that pic when you have 2 blue angles just as they crossed each other is prettttyyy sweet man! nice job . i'd rather be tehre than studying for finals here!!1

Yep, I was pretty surprised I captured them like that.

As for finals, my teacher made it easy for us and gave us the final on one chapter instead of the whole semester. I finished it in 10 minutes and went :) home.
 
Nice! I love the one with one inverted over the other... it is crazy how close they get.
 
Anyone catch AF1?

...BDJ u swing by Lauderdale since? the Prez's C-5 (carrying the motorcade) was at FLL until last night. Whatta beast.

I was there on sunday. Why didnt the F22 show up? I left early but I heard there were more scheduled planes that didnt show up as well. Whys that?
 
That happens every year...They advertise them to get crowds, but always have a disclaimer that they are available based on their availability (war,etc.).....However, I've been going to the show even before 9/11, and birds never showed up that were promised. I guess they figure the general public doesnt know/care either way.
 
It pisses me off that I decided to go on Sunday instead of Saturday and as a result I missed the F-22. I bet if I had gone on Saturday it would have shown up on Sunday. It's always like that.

I also didn't get to see my favorite bomber (B-1). I got to see my second favorite (A-10), but they were just making low passes, not much of a demonstration.

People interviewed on tv were like "it gets better every year". Maybe I'm doing something wrong, as it seems to get worse every year. But it IS free (depends how you look at it) so I guess I can't complain.

When I get my PPL you bet I'm going to all the other airshows in FL. Can't wait!:nana2:
