Does anybody have feedback on this aircraft?CLICK How does it fly? How are the graphics? etc... And is it worth buying? (this is my main question)

Do a search at the Avsim.com forums. That aircraft is one of the top dogs out there right now. I don't own it, but have seen many great things said about it.

EDIT: BTW, the owner of PMDG is an airline pilot himself. I'm not sure what his current status is, but back before they entered the MSFS market they did models for TRI's FLYII. At that time he was a captain of a Beech 1900.

Hey flyhigh,

I have this product; I bought last July. All I can say is that it is an excellent aircraft! The graphics are superb. It flies very well. It is worth buying. I have pretty much only been using this aircraft since I got it. The FMC is very nice, and makes for more realistic flying.

Check out Precision Manuals for the main PMDG website.

I hope I answered all your questions.

Yes you did and thank you. I am going to buy it.

In answer to the question about this addon, it is the best addon that I have ever purchased. Be sure to follow it up with 737-800/900 Expansion. Also try to get the latest active camera so you can walk around the cabin. 737NG is very detailed and the aircraft's FMC and systems are as real as they can make be in flight sim (at least that is what i think). You may find it overwhelming to fly the aircraft at first with all the systems and cool gadgets. The only flaw with this program is you need to have a good graphics card and computer to run it. Also, if you are pleased with its performance, you should get PSS A340 professional. This has many A340 and A330 variants to fly with comparable standard to the 737NG type product. I hope this helps.

anybody fly on vatsim?

No, I wish though, looks pretty cool. I spent like four hours trying to get it all set up, but I couldn't figure out how to get started with some of the stuff like the communication system... so I sometimes will fly at WestCoastATC, pretty cool place.

For those of who get fustrated with connecting to VATSIM, it is due to all that crap that you had to run to connect. Now that Squawkbox 3 is released, it's the only software you need to connect. Go to www.flightsim.com or www.avsim.com to download it. All you have to do is open FS2004 and set up a flight, then open SB# from the menu and connect.

Hey thanks a lot Brian! It worked, just got done with a flight from KSFO to KLAX on VATSIM, it was really busy and a lot of fun.

Also since we are on the subject, anyone have the B1900 from PMDG? Is it worth getting? I was looking into getting it but am curious on what the difference is between their C and D version?

P.S. When FS2006 comes out, are you able to tranfer these aircraft to it?

I bought the first version and I was quite happy with it. It is good priced for what it is.

I'm not sure about PMDG's B1900 in particular, but many people don't like the upgrade to a newer sim because many times their addons are not supported in the newer version. However, some companies do make updates that makes the product compatible with the new version.

I have PMDG Beech 1900D, Great Addon and I would recommend getting it. It is cheap too, like $15.00. Fun and very smooth airplane to fly.

Do they have the 737-700-900 on free sites? If so is it as good as the one in question? And how much does the 737-600/700 mentioned in this thread cost to purchase?

a good 737 that i like is the kitty hawk versions, those seem nice although it's hard to find a freeware panel good enough, i still haven't found, i might just had to break down and buy a skyview panel

I believe so. I don't own the PMDG 737 but I've flown with someone who was flying one and said he saw me on his TCAS...
