Frozen ATPL?

Does FSA offer any ATPL programs? How many hours of single and multi flight times can you log after the Professional Pilot Program (without instructor rating or any internship)? Is it possible to get a frozen ATPL here in the U.S? How?
Does FSA offer frozen ATPL course? Thank you guys for all your help!

Might be able to answer if I knew what a "Frozen ATPL" is.....

I assume some kind of ATP cert?

I believe its where you take the tests for the ATPL before you have the required hours. Your ATPL privelages would be "frozen" until you have the minimum hours.

Yes, EatSleepFly, you are correct. Frozen ATPL means pass all written exams on the ATPL, but does not have the required hours yet. How many written exams are there for the ATPL? Is it possible to write it before I reach the required hours?

You can't get a frozen FAA ATP license.

They used to offer a frozen ATP. I don't think the FAA does that anymore.
