I also noticed that they are now offering free checked bags. I wonder if this will increase the number of flights they operate and hire more dispatchers.

I have experience and would love to move to KDEN and dispatch for Frontier. This is really discouraging, anyone have some hope?

Same here, I just woke up, checked, then came here.

Seems like it’s been a couple months since there’s been any actual hiring. $30+/ hr at least.

The free checked bags thing is a gimmick. Frontier's model doesn't make this a sustainable practice. Merely a flex on Southwest axing their free bag policy. If Frontier were to permanently adopt this they would be in the same spot that forced Southwest to abandon the policy. One does not simply walk away from $350 million in revenue.

This was an interesting move but I think it's going to blow up in their faces when they start charging for bags again and piss off their already pissed off customer base.

But hey, I'm just a clickmonkey. I'm sure the giant brains on Mahogany Row are playing 4 dimensional chess that my feeble mind cannot possibly grasp....
