Well..it turns out that i had registered a name on flightinfo a while ago, but forgot. Apparently he likes my sunglasses. One of our dispatchers IMed me tonight and said there was a thread about me on flightinfo.

You know, screw the detractors! They, like me, are just jealous beacuse we hadn't thought of it first!
I'd like to see all of the photos of the pilots wearing the Top Gun Ray Ban "Aviators" that talk about going 'ballistic' when you're flying over .78 or how 'hotel sierra' it was when they made the first high speed turn off.

Yeah. I don't know what the big deal is. I just noticed another thread about it over there, and figured I'd post it to PRJs sake, since it's about him.
Who cares what kind of glasses someone wears anyway? Are there not more important things to be worried about these days?

When I make it to the cockpit, I am so going to take a picture of myself in a cheesy baseball cap and a ratty old t-shirt.
Which cheesy t-shirt should I wear, though? Should I go heavy metal cheese, and find a Slayer or Winger t-shirt? Or should I go 80s synth cheese, and find a Thomas Dolby t-shirt? Maybe I could go teenage bubble gum cheese, and pick up a Britney t-shirt.

that intheshade guy is a piece of work. He's made a few appearences on another forum I'm on. Most of his comments are full of sarcasm and complaining.

Those are parts of two of the ugliest uniforms ever seen in sports. I don't know, it may just be me. But those Padres uniforms from the late 70s/early 80s looked like a McDonald's uniform. And guess who owned the Padres back then -- the founder of McDonald's.
And I'm not even going to try to figure out the thinking of the people who did the Pirates unis back in the 70s.
