say what??? I dont have the gleim or my FAR/AIM in front of me, just taking a practice test online...anyone know the answer here?

This is from my Dauntless test prep software:

It is necessary that helicopter procedures be flown at 70 knots or less since helicopter departure procedures and missed approaches use a 20:1 obstacle clearance surface (OCS), which is double the fixed-wing OCS, and turning areas are based on this speed as well.

It also says this is from the "Flight Instructor Instrument Helicopter" test bank, not the IGI. If it's wrong, it wouldn't be the first mistake I've found in this software.

It doesn't distinguish between IGI question banks... I wish I'd known before I learnt all that nasty stuff about helicopters....
