Free College Tuition

I just found out that Independence Community College here where I live in Independence KS. Is offering free college tutition to anyone who pays property tax in Mongomery County, KS. I might have to look into this further and take a couple classes.

The main reason I am posting this, is that these types of programs may be available in your areas, and you may want to do some research and find out. I think its a great opportunity if you are short on cash, or don't want to take out loans.

The one and only. Yes thats me, and that picture, which may interest you. Was taken in Phoenix, at 28th Ave and Thomas in front of TransAm Cycle. I was buying a Vulcan 1500 that day.
