You have to sign a 1 year contract to instruct there.

I still think its worth it, as long as the job is somewhat bearable.

I know of 3 people who got the commercial multi's and are going to Pan Am for the free single add on, CFI,II.

Not positive yet, but sounds like a decent deal.

Gotta love AZ and the pay i "heard" was 20 a flight hr. Not sure what Ground pay is, benefits, etc.
