While a great entry level gig for an up and coming pilot Mickey Ds is a bad place to work (as a pilot, and a burger flipper). Although I have heard that now that Randy is the chief pilot (former CP at Harley) things are getting better, Randy is a standup guy, and the old CP Greg was a great guy, but unfortunately the management that was above his head did not recognize great leadership.
