Aaaarrgh, I wake up every morning with my mind racing a go-jillian miles a minute, "I want to work for. . . . . .because. . . ."

Can someone make today Aug. 23??

Depends, can you get me an interview with Skywest with only 650 hours? If you can do that, I can make anything happen :)

Good luck bro, you'll do fine!

I must have missed the announcement, but are you headed "North to (blank), go north, the rush is on?" :)

If so, congrats!

Whataburger!?!? HELLZS Yeah! Probably the best fast food burger ... hands down.

Oh yeah and Good Luck at uh ... that place.

Isn't the suspense just killin' ya?!?!?

First interview with Alaska Airlines scheduled for the afternoon of the 23rd. If I pass that one, they invite me back for another very similar to the first. Mostly HR from what I hear, very little technical. I guess they figure a guy with 6600 hours probably knows what he's doing??

My head is about to explode with everything I've been cramming into it these last couple weeks! My FOs are sick of hearing me practice my answers on them. . . "My three weaknesses can sometimes be seen as my three best traits. . . "

It'll be quite interesting to sit on the other side of the table. I've got my interview suit all dry cleaned (I've tried on with tie after tie no less than a dozen times so far), my logbook is all up to date, the resume fresh, forms filled out, and copies, copies, copies!

From what I've heard, they're interviewing for a Sept. 18 class, then another on Oct. 23. I'm hoping for the latter so that I have time to 1) get the house in Colorado sold, 2) get my family to Alaska, and 3) go on our much-planned and paid for Disneyworld Orlando trip in early October!! Wouldn't'cha know it, the minute you plan a big vacation (complete with full-fare paid airline tickets) something comes up!!

I'd appreciate the prayers from those that regularly talk to the Man Upstairs!

Well if they offer you the Sept 18th class you can just ask if they will reschedule it for you they might be able to do it 3-4 times to fit your schedule like was done for another JC alum!

Good luck man!

It will be interesting to see if your experience being behind the table at your current job will be helpful when you go sit on the other side of it. Either way, I'm sure you'll do fine. Good luck.

3 weakness...

1. Sometimes I celebrate to Loudly when I Grease on yet another landing.
2. Sometimes I am just to much of a stud
3. Sometimes I let the 2nd Stripe go to my head...

There ya go. Good LUck ;-)

You're going to get in there and they are going to ask you if you can go to the Sept 18th class, just like they did to Hess. You are going to be beside yourself and accept, as you should, for the seniority. You life as you know it will cease. You will be thrust into as Hess said, "a curled up ball withering away in the corner" from the firehose feeding you insane amount of of info. You and A will make the move but you will not come out of the stupor until 2007, at which point you will be living you dream ; )

Good luck dudeness. You wil do great! Love the experience, it is what life is about. -C

You were s'posed to wait 'til I hit SkyWest's hiring mins, dangit!!! :D

I have zero doubt that you'll be dynamite, man...even if it's Napoleon Dynamite. :p

You will do fine. I know you are a religious guy and that HIS plans may or may not be yours...just have faith and it will work out the best. But good luck

SKYW....Good luck to ya. Hopefully all works out best for you and your family. I'll be back in Anchorage around 1 Oct for good and if you are up for it, we'll have to hook up for some hot wings and beer. It would good to meet you if you are in the area.

Pac Man

If/when you get into a rut from one of their q's, just be like "i'd rather dance, i'd rather dance than talk with you" and start dancing.

Me and "the Man" upstairs don't know each other, but i'm sure you'll do fine. If you need luck, i'll wish it for you, but you appear to be a mixmaster DJ type of sorts.
