It's the Redding location, and as far as the process goes...it was new age to say the least. A lot of HR, the senior group of pilots was constantly taking notes on all the applicants to see how they acted and reacted. I guess this is how companies hire now a days. The flying and teaching portion was pretty standard, overall it was impressive.
 
Congratulations!!! If you ever want to work on your mandarin, let me know! I need someone to learn it with, it's kickin my ass!
