The mods run the joint and I occasionally walk out into the receiving line and have my hand maiden straighten my crown. :)
 
How about some updated prospective stories or day in the life stories on the main page? Maybe a mentor section for those coming up in this business regardless what direction they are heading.

I like the idea of the aircraft owners' sub forum, though I don't know how much traffic it would get. I would imagine most folks get their fix of talking aircraft ownership on places like type clubs and such.

Also a permanent WYD thread/sub forum would get used a lot.

How about making a section that either links to someones FB page, or having a spot to put ones real name next to someones avatar.

I agree with that! It is really hard some times to keep people screen names straight with who they are in real life. Having a way to link names and possibly FB pages would really help with that, in addition to helping with networking for future jobs.

The signature box could be used for such things rather than the standard jackassery, (not that your signature is jackassery) if you wanted.

Yeah But you can already do that, I think it would be awesome if you could put a link up next to the person on your friends list, or have something like an address box next to each friend so you can remember who is who. I mean, there is only one Doug Taylor, but the rest of us....

Hmmm, my sig box isn't used for such jackassery. And it would be nice to keep it as it is. But having a place to put a name gives us just that, a place to put a name.

I see what you're saying, just pointing out that if the separate box thing doesn't work out, the name/info could still be added.

I like the above but would like to have it private. (e.g. each person gets a private note pad to put what ever notes they want about person xyz)
