You know as bad as some people said that movie was, i actually liked it. I saw it in theaters when it first came out a million years ago and then i watched it a couple of months ago for the first time since then. It was entertaining.

My favorite ET movie has got to be Independence Day though. I could watch that movie over and over again.

"Welcome to Earth! now thats what i call a first encounter!"

"Must go faster, Must go faster!"

(ever notice how he uses that line in Jurassic Park too, when they are driving away from the T-rex in the jeep)

I'm sure it was intentional. I thought it was hysterical when he said that. And as far as Contact goes, I liked it too.
