In attempting to pull off another full blown ACE this year vs waiting until next year...I'd like to see if it is possible to form a committee to deal with some of the nitty gritty items of attack.
Those being garnering interest from recruiters and getting them signed, getting news out to media and aviation professionals, fundraising/SPONSORSHIP opportunities, getting sales vendors signed up, as well as planning for the day of event activities (education sequencing, flaw resolutions from 2010, tour scheduling, volunteer scheduling, registration setup and all that).
Is anyone interested in -- seriously -- being apart of the action?
Keep in mind that this is not something that you can wait on until the last minute so please keep your schedules in mind and how much time your participation may take...you will be responsible for the end result of your participation because 3 of us cannot plan it all again.
Speaking of signing on recruiters, has anyone spoken to any of their companies about attending this year or better yet, sponsoring, if we are able to put another ACE in the hat?
One big part of pulling this off is to try and get all funding in house well ahead of time (booths/education agreed upon and deposited, sponsorships!!!!, etc) as our credit is currently still being paid off and we have none to put forth, at this time.
