Fare sale is on today for that week! Price of a ticket is less than $180 and is not worth worrying about a buddy pass (which are free on us)!
Seriously listen to others and don't worry about your ratings or times. I was made a believer. I never met anyone here until the picket line and immediately thereafter in 2010. My wife convinced me to attend two years ago. Even though I have plenty of hours (I stopped keeping track mid 2008 when it was well over 20 K) and nearly ten years with Fifi, I still learned something from folks and enjoyed the entire experience. Now I'm trying to figure out the next phase of my life; perhaps someone will say something that lights a spark!

@Derg I'm flying with Capt Magellan, ( he told me the Brussels train story,) and he asked me how this site was different from the others. I think this demonstrates that difference perfectly. Well done to all! As an afterthought, someone mentioned a donation link on the registration page. That might be something to consider going forward. Have a set criteria for deserving noobs.
