Flying Jobs

I'm looking for some sort of summer flying job (May through most of August). I will have my CFI and possibly multi w/ anywhere from 250 to 350 hours. I was just wondering where are good places to start looking for those type of jobs?

Also, another question. Where would I look if I wanted to do something crazy like spend all summer doing missionary work overseas?
