'Flying Car' Goes to Market

Jan. 22, 2009 -- A Boston-area company plans to begin flight tests this year of a two-seater airplane that moonlights as a car.

Do people seriously not research their product before taking it to the market?

This idea has been done before and it completely failed. The first flying car was too expensive and flying in general was too complicated to teach the average joe that bought one of these cars (go figure) without spending thousands of dollars and dozens of hours in training.

Maybe this one will work but odds are, it won't. History repeats iself.

The old flying car you still had the wings on it when you were driving. This one they fold up so it looks kind of like a regular car when you drive. Pretty cool. I want one. I wonder what the MPG it gets is.
