I was looking through an old (2000) flying magazine and saw an ad for http://www.flyhere.com and when I checked the site it was no longer..I seem to remember something about them either going out of biz or merging w/another company or something...anyone remember?

Yes, this was "Airline Training Academy.” They closed up shop a few years ago and ripped off their students in the process.
