Hey All,

Does anyone have some really good numbers for the 800XP for the different speeds? HSC, ISC and LRC?

From my experience, really no change from book numbers. If performance numbers had been worked in the STC you’d have them either as a supplement or addendum to the base performance section.

The API website has contact info for the engineering team, they can give you the straight answer. I see to remember first hour burns being higher, but 2-4 were lower. Not sure why that was. It’s been a while though.
 
Interesting, I have found that it yields 5-10 knots higher true airspeeds, at least at HSC. The savings at intermediate was less than 100lbs burn M.75, around 50-70/hour.

5-10kts ~ 1-2% difference though. On a typical flight for us, that’s a negligible time change, to Fl would represent maybe 3 minutes?

Anyways, I don’t recall any other recommendations beyond the normal profiles. Sorry I can’t help more, we never found them to change much. Which Xp, Honeywell/proline/XPI?
 
All Proline. We have 6 hawkers based in the new york area, 3 with api, one 850 and two with straight wings.

I know the real money is in the ability to climb higher, faster. I can say that is where the winglets are most noticeable.

Well -50r stc and you’ll be even happier :)

The hawkers are faster in the mid to upper 30’s, which I never had an issue hitting. With the 900 our default altitude moves up, but but flight time didn’t really change that much I guess.

Back to fltplan, never found a profile that worked for us, just used the straight numbers. When we moved to arinc I tracked segment fuel for a while, then changed the default bias, but that was a percentage change.
 
If I am flying something with -60’s its going to be a falcon 900 not a hawker 900 [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

Sure- if you like sitting in a plane for 9 hours...

I like my short little flights!

See, this is what I’m talking about. If I had serious dough I would have no issues dropping an extra metric ton of cash not to have to deal with associated “deuce” issues when I’m headed to my ski chalet. If one of my pilots did that on my plane there would be never ending trash talk. As a matter of fact, I’d buy them a leather jacket with “deuce” on the name patch.
 
Winglets vary quite a bit. API claims 7% increases from the book numbers on the 900B/EX, however we haven't seen that. We see 5% at best; that is an average among our Falcon fleet. We have one that I swear would perform better without winglets.
