Good topic. I find it interesting that SBT is a new (ish) concept in aviation training. I was always given scenarios and I always give scenarios to my students, particularly the lessons before their checkrides. I just don't understand why it wasn't done as a common thing in the past, and why the need for syllibii addititions for SBT? Isn't it just making up scenarios and making sure a student exercises good judgement?
