The primary function of this role is to assist the Director of Flight Support in managing all aspects of trip operations, from contract preparation to the completion of a flight.</div><div> </div><strong><u>Job Responsibilities:</u></strong><br /><ul><li>Accurately manage multiple flights at once</li><li>Prepare documents for contract approvals for both the clients and operators</li><li>Communicate with customers to receive passenger info, catering requests, and ground transportation </li><li>Work with each aircraft operator to ensure all flights are handled with proper services</li><li>Create and maintain itineraries for each flight with pertinent information </li><li>Multi-task effectively, prioritizing appropriately, and providing timely communication of project(s) status</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service skills over the phone, and in person to our customers, vendors, and other team members</li></ul>
