There is also Colorado Heli-ops. They have recently been in the news for changing their entire syllabus over to Scenario Based Training. It seems to be the way all civ heli schools are going in an effort to reduce accident rates. They are very proactive in the industry

Universal Helicopters (UHI) has a base in Prescott, AZ and in Provo, UH. I don't know if they have the 300's in Provo, but I know for a fact he's got one in PRC. Fun place to fly...
