Flight Scheduling Software Recommendations

ozziecat35

4 out of 5 great lakes prefer Michigan.
Small aerial survey company, 7 or 8 pilots, 5 or so airplanes, all mx done in house. We're looking for a reasonable piece of software to help centralize our flight ops / scheduling. We're currently using a mix of a private Facebook group and Google Docs spreadsheets. This has resulted in a few routes being double flown and some airplanes overflying oil changes.

Appreciate any recommendations!

Most of the stuff seems more tailored for flight schools, but I guess you could make it work.

The only thing that might make a difference is maintenance tracking. I think I can be done with flightschedulepro, I've just never used that feature.

The flight school I worked at used FlightSchedulePro for nearly everything except billing. It would great for our decent sized flight school (15 planes and ~10 CFI's) We used totalFBO for billing and mx tracking (times and squawks), what an abortion of a program that was. It still operates on a Windows 95 UI, I think.

FlightSchedulePro would have earned a perfect score if it had drag and drop, but it certainly worked well enough. Lots of custom features and unlimited resources (fee is by tier of resources/user numbers).
