This position serves as the central point of contact for interactions between charter clients, aircraft owners and staff members. Additionally, the Flight Scheduling Coordinator will communicate with office visitors (vendors/passengers) and the company’s flight crew and maintenance personnel. This role works closely with all other company departments to ensure that best possible solutions are identified.</div><div> </div><div><strong>Job Duties: </strong></div><div><ul><li>·Answer, screen & manage phones, and act as point of contact.</li><li>·Respond to all charter and aircraft owner emails.</li><li>·Make all ground arrangements pertaining to flights.</li><li>·Provide flight following to keep clients, ground transportation, catering, hotel accommodations, etc. updated on departures and arrivals of flights.</li><li>·Develop a working relationship with all pilots and assist Flight Planning personnel with scheduling, assignments, and trip logistic needs for the pilot team.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /> </li></ul></div>
