STS Technical Services Atlanta, Georgia:<BR />&lt;img class&quot;alignnone size-large wp-image-38919&quot; src&quot;https://www.ststechnicaljobs.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Flight-Schedulers-1024x536.jpg&quot; alt&quot;&quot; width&quot;1024&quot; height&quot;536&quot; /&gt;&lt;a href&quot;Home&quot;&gt;STS Technical Services&lt;/a&gt; is hiring &lt;strong&gt;Flight Schedulers&lt;/strong&gt; in &lt;strong&gt;Atlanta, Georgia.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Duties &amp; Responsibilities:&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;li&gt;Flight Attendant Crew Scheduling is seeking a highly responsible individual with demonstrated operational experience, critical thinking skills, and possesses a high level of customer service skills.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;li&gt;The Senior Operational Scheduler will support flight attendant trip coverage on all Delta flights while communicating professionally with field leadership, flight attendants, and administrative personnel.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;li&gt;Manage all special processes as assigned daily to utilize flight attendant resources using cost effective strategies and adherence to all Delta/FAA work rules&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ensure proper flight attendant staffing on all aircraft&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;li&gt;Administer flight attendant work rules as they relate to crew members schedules&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;li&gt;Monitor, research, and resolve computer driven alerts to ensure flights attendants are qualified to work assigned aircraft type&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;li&gt;Maintain a working knowledge of applicable FAA regulations and flight attendant work rules&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;li&gt;Handle complex problems and issues requiring judgment and interpretation&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;li&gt;Serve as a resource for crew members and field leadership on scheduling issues&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;li&gt;Provide a high level of customer service to the internal customer the flight attendants in a fast-paced environment&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;li&gt;Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;li&gt;College degree preferred and/or 1+ years of relevant experience&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong customer service skills, leadership experience and strong organizational skills.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;li&gt;They should be able to work in a fast paced environment with good analytical skills.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;li&gt;The best candidates would be those who can learn quickly and be able to manage on their own once they have been trained.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;li&gt;Successful candidates in this role have shown strong leadership skills, learn on the fly and pay attention to details. They should have experience in scheduling, customer service and multi-&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;li&gt;tasking, airline experience would be useful, but not a requirement.
