Manassas, Virginia:<BR /><strong>Primary Specific Job Duties, Responsibilities:</strong><br /><ul><li>Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate charter quotes (in 15 minutes or less whenever possible).</li><li>Communicate any regulatory and/or aircraft performance issues to clients.</li><li>Maintain a culture of total customer service focused on anticipating our clients&#8217; needs and exceeding their expectations.</li><li>Proactively resolve client issues and disputes from beginning to end.</li><li>Analyze aircraft fleet utilization to best serve our client needs and maximize overall safety and profitability.</li><li>Maintain and continually improve company databases (clients and vendors).</li></ul><strong>Additional Job Duties, Responsibilities and Authority:</strong><br /><ul><li>Prepare Flight Release paperwork.</li><li>Schedule and record Crewmembers&#8217; flight times.</li><li>Brief crewmembers with flight details and client preferences prior to departure.</li><li>Work directly with crewmembers and customers to ensure that all expectations are properly communicated and delivered.</li><li>Certify that the most current data has been added to the Flight Operations Software (Rockwell Collins FOS).</li><li>Flight Follow trips.</li><li>Ensure all flights are released in compliance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure that all ground logistics are handled prior to departure.</li><li>Ensure the aircraft status will permit the intended operation can be conducted safely and legally.</li><li>Perform other related duties as requested by the Director, Client Services.</li></ul><ul><li><strong>** Please Note: will require some NIGHT; WEEKEND; &amp; HOLIDAY on-call coverage **</strong></li></ul>
