Duties include developing and maintaining flight operations schedules in support of travel, academic training, and flight training. The schedule will be developed following flight operations standards of practice and shall allow the flight operations Section Chiefs and Director to facilitate control of their sections. On a regular basis the scheduler will update the status of the schedule, provide reports, and (if required) propose recovery plans to the Section Chiefs/Leads in order for them to make informed decision regarding the schedule’s status. All scheduling matters are approved by Flight Operations Management. Must be able to develop, implement and maintain daily, weekly and monthly schedules for Flight Operations Manning and Training. Identify any changes that will enhance then efficiency, aircraft and crew utilization. This position will conduct trouble shooting/hypothetical scenarios in the event of potential schedule delay and provide advice to management on recovery strategies, develop alternate plans by analyzing deviations and altering plans as necessary to resolve critical project issues in conjunction with functional departments in order to mitigate adverse effects on scheduling and performances.</div><div> </div><div> </div><div>RITI is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
