Flight Marshall

I found a job opening at Lane Aviation here in Columbus, OH for a flight marshall. From the impression I get it is a flight line service position I am not sure what the average pay is for that type of position. I would do it for cheap just for the experience alone but i don't want to shortchange myself if I don't have to. Any help would be much appreciated.
