Would I be able to find a flight instructing job if I decided to go that route until the airlines start hiring again?? Location not really that important just wondering if there are jobs out there.
So I am going to lean toward that being a yes. I wouldn't mind being at a airport 10 hrs a day but the other stuff i'd be sure to make sure that stuff wasn't included in the job description lol.

Yes.
Just understand that it's very competitive. You'll need to have a sharp looking resume, follow up with all of your contacts, dress for success, stop by places in person, get to know the people in charge, etc. There is nothing more ridiculous than getting a resume in the mail from somebody, then not hearing a word of follow-up from them. How bad do they really want a job?
How do you think us freelance CFI's do it? We make a living off our reputations and our skill level. We have to network, man the couch, and pound the pavement to get students. Those places where you are just given students breed complacency, laziness, and SJS. As a result they often times turn out a sub-par product. There are some, but you have to be careful. Stay away from the ones where you're expected to sit at the airport 10 hours a day...
I know this will come a shock, but many owners will lie about what the job will be like during the interview.I wouldn't mind being at a airport 10 hrs a day but the other stuff i'd be sure to make sure that stuff wasn't included in the job description lol.
