The incumbent uses exceptional communication and organizational skills to ensure all aircraft reach their destination in a safe and efficient manner.<br /></p><p>WORK HOURS: Shiftswill vary based on operational needs.<br />LOCATION: Vancouver Airport South (YVR South), Richmond, BC<br />TERM: Full-Time Regular<br />DEPARTMENT: Flight Operations<br />COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Competitive wage, flight perks (including buddy passes and global inter-airline partnerships), discounts at local restaurants and partner organizations, uniform and shoe allowance, staff events and much more!<br /></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform effective flight following for all aircraft movements including scheduled, chartered and ad hoc flights</li><li>Release flights in accordance with Harbour Air applicable policies, procedures and regulatory requirements</li><li>Identify, anticipate, and take corrective action to minimize actual/potential delays due to weather, scheduling, operations, crew legality, and maintenance issues</li><li>Process charters and ensure relevant information is completed in an accurate and timely manner</li><li>Liaise with the Maintenance department to schedule aircraft maintenance and other functions</li><li>Meet and exceed safety and service standards</li><li>Monitor flight and duty times to comply with company operations manual</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the manager<br /></li></ul><div></div>
