Bountiful Flight Woods Cross, Utah:<BR /><div>The flight dispatcher reports to the Chief Flight Instructor/Director of Operations and Program Director. This position is responsible for the international operations trip/flight planning and flight following for aircraft conducting training flight operations. &nbsp;The flight dispatcher must have a strong knowledge of company procedures, aircraft performance, applicable aviation regulations, national flight requirements, and company operating procedures. &nbsp;</div><div>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The flight dispatcher&#8217;s duties and responsibilities consist of but are not limited to the following: </div><div><ul><li>? Ensuring aircraft, pilot and student have all necessary equipment, documents, and any other entry requirements by concerned states </li><li>? Ensure instructor/student have planned and filed with all applicable ATC agencies. </li><li>? Collating/reviewing WX, NOTAM&#8217;s, PIREPs, enroute and airport info submitted by flight crew in accordance Ops Specs. </li><li>? Ensures that all airports and routes are operationally suitable and meet company requirements </li><li>? Flight following/monitoring/timely relay of movement messages </li><li>? Stays current on all applicable NOTAMs, FARs, AIP&#8217;s, ICAO recommended practices and procedures and the regulations of each state of operations </li><li>? Maintains knowledge of aeronautical navigation systems, charts, airspace, air traffic control, aircraft performance, AFM, MEL, aeronautical communications and publications and maintains a current operations library </li><li>? Coordinate trips with students, instructors, and the appropriate operations management. </li><li>? Ensuring fuel is available at remote locations</li><li> ? Preparing/disseminating complete flight briefings for flight crew if necessary </li><li>? Participates in the safety management system </li><li>? Advises operations manager of any flight/pilot operations restrictions </li><li>? Authority to exercise operational control of company flight operations (operational control manager) </li><li>? Assumes any additional duties delegated by the Chief Flight Instructor/Director of Operations or the Program Director </li><li>?
