Vista Columbus, Ohio:<BR /><strong>Job Profile</strong> <p>The Flight Dispatch Trainer reports directly to the Head of Training. He/she is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of both initial and recurrent training programs for Vistas flight support teams and our operating partners operations departments. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <strong>Your Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Develop and publish procedures based on guidance provided by the Head of Training</li> <li>Develop and deliver classroom based training</li> <li>Ensure existing procedures are up to date and compliant with company requirements as well as national and international standards and regulations.</li> <li>Plan, coordinate and conduct on-the-job training according to the established training program.</li> <li>When applicable and if required provide aforementioned on-the-job training</li> <li>In coordination with theTraining Manager deliver classroom-based training as required.</li> <li>Develop training material and training content as required</li> <li>Maintain personal training records.</li> <li>Travel to various locations will be required to perfom training duties, </li> </ul> <strong>Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience</strong> <ul> <li>Experience in delivering dispatch training to OCC teams or working as a pilot or scheduler trainer. </li> <li>Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English.</li> <li>Experience in delivering informative and engaging presentations and conducting training exercises</li> <li>Knowledge of training best practice and methods of embedding learnings. </li> </ul>
