Wonderful Citrus Bakersfield, California:<BR /><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>The Role</strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Wonderful Citrus is seeking a Flight Coordinator for its Aviation Department in our Bakersfield, CA location. This position serves as a central point of contact for interactions between aircraft clients/owners/client’s staff and Wonderful Aviation flight crews and maintenance personnel. The position is responsible for scheduling aircraft activity and trips. This position reports directly to the Flight Coordination Manager.</div><br /><strong>Here’s what you’ll do:</strong><br /><ul><li>Liaison between Passengers, Pilots, and Scheduling</li><li>Perform/comply with departmental processes that focus on safety and provide added efficiency as they relate to aviation operations</li><li>Assists with execution of (Yearly, Monthly, Daily) goal expectations of scheduling department</li><li>Scheduling company aircraft for executives, employees and guests delivering a high caliber of professionalism and customer service adhering to protocols as they relate to special requests</li><li>Working with Flight Coordination Manager to review crewing on a weekly basis</li><li>Communicate with and supply flight itineraries to 3rd party lift (charter) as appropriate</li><li>Monitor duty time limitations for flight crews to ensure compliance with applicable Wonderful Aviation Standards and General Operations Manual (GOM)</li><li>Assist with verification and data entry process of charter billing, accurate flight logs.</li><li>Coordinating with PIC as appropriate, trip routing, tech stops, crew augmentation and international handling (when required)</li><li>Coordinate aircraft movement in concert with the PIC to ensure that all airspace and airport restrictions are complied with, and to ensure that all aircraft support services are available and notified</li><li>Flexible hours may be required</li></ul>
