Horizon Air Group Dallas, Texas:<BR />The Flight Coordinator (FC) is directly responsible for ensuring all Leviate Jet Management flights are organized and handled in a safe, efficient and professional manner in accordance with the General Operations Manual, Operations Specifications, and company SOP Manual. The FC shall also work in unison with the Charter Sales staff to effectively develop customer care standards that maintain the Company’s sales and service goals. This position reports to the Flight Operations Manager. To be a success in this position the individual should possess superior communication and negotiation skills and be able to work in an extremely fast-paced and constantly changing workplace environment.<br /><br /><strong>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</strong><br /><ul><li>Will work effectively with the flight crews assigned to company flights to ensure that safety, compliance and customer service opportunities are successfully orchestrated.</li><li>Schedules ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and airline travel for flight crew and / or passengers.</li><li>Coordinates aircraft handling with FBOs to include arrangements for fuel, catering, hangar, aircraft cleaning, after hours services, or other services as needed.</li><li>Negotiates service item discounts with FBOs and contract fuel providers on a daily basis to meet department budgets.</li><li>Performs pre / post flight briefings to crews and flight following duties as assigned.</li><li>Collects all trip related paperwork from crews in timely manner and invoice charter flights within prescribed deadlines.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the Flight Operations Manager or the Director of Operations.</li></ul>
