We operate year-round with an unwavering commitment to deliver an exceptional first-class experience to travelers and charter brokers alike.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>The primary duty of the Flight Coordinator is to manage all logistics associated with the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of the company’s flights. This position requires a basic knowledge of FAA regulations and an understanding of domestic and international aircraft operations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task, in addition to a strong ethic of teamwork are required for consideration.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What is the schedule?</strong></p><p>The schedule is comprised of alternating shifts (days one week, evenings the following week), with days off to be determined in the course of training for the position.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Is this a remote position?</strong></p><p>This is not a remote position. Candidates will report for duty at our Phoenix (Deer Valley) AZ office.<br> </p><p><strong>Who are we looking for?</strong></p><p> Someone with consistent accuracy and detail in providing meticulous service comparable to a five-star hotel. </p><p> The best candidate will apply Worldwide Jet’s Core Values in their everyday work life: Safety – Trust – Integrity – Teamwork – Service – Care</p><p> They will be a high-performing, driven individual who is able to work autonomously in a sometimes-hectic environment. </p><p> They will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and fellow employees.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Duties Include (but are not limited to):</strong></p><p> Monitor the status of all planned flights and flights in progress from the point of origin to final destination (flight following)</p><p> Ensure all ground handling, deicing, fuel, landing/departure slots, and landing/overfly permits are in order before releasing a flight</p><p> Identify, anticipate, and take corrective action to minimize actual/potential delays due to scheduling operations, crew legality, and maintenance issues</p><p> Become proficient with ARINCDirect Flight Operations System (FOS)</p><p> Confirm handling for aircraft at airports as scheduled</p><p> Complete and send trip sheets to crew</p><p> Complete flight releases</p><p> Monitor flight crew duty limitations and rest requirements</p><p> Arrange hotel rooms and rental cars for crew members</p><p> Manage a high volume of continual email traffic while responding in a timely and professional manner</p><p> Other duties as assigned</p><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p> At least 1 year of experience in charter operations or hold an FAA dispatcher license</p><p> Must have ability to work a flexible schedule, this includes evenings, weekends, and holidays</p><p> Strong organizational skills – detail-oriented, ability to prioritize and be proactive</p><p> Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision</p><p> Ability to plan and prioritize workload and have excellent multi-tasking abilities</p><p> Quality decision making skills</p><p> Self-motivated and self-starter, proactive in learning and career development</p><p> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail</p><p> Interpersonal and communication skills</p><p> Teamwork and collaboration skills with a willingness to support the team to success</p><p> Time management - meeting deadlines, managing workloads, ability to prioritize effectively</p><p> </p><p><strong>HealthCare Benefits Including:</strong></p><p> Medical Insurance - Options include HSA Base, HSA Plus, & PPO (No HSA)</p><p> Dental Insurance</p><p> Vision Insurance</p><p> Telemedicine</p><p> GAP Insurance</p><p> Life and Voluntary Life Insurance<br> </p><p><strong>Extra Perks:</strong></p><p> 401K</p><p> PTO</p>
